Custom and personalized orders

Understandably, made-to-order products can not be exchanged or refunded. If any changes are needed, please contact us within 12 hours of. Read the description for the maximum number of characters that will fit the personalization area. If you are over the maximum character limit and/or something we can not complete, we may cancel your order.

Font size may be adjusted to fit properly in the allowed personalization area. Due to these occurrences, the font size will vary.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct personalization, including upper and lower case letters, spelling, punctuation, and initials in the right order. We do not correct grammar/spelling and translate languages. Use all upper case ONLY for initials.

Custom Design, Logo, and Proof Request

For logo personalization, please request a custom order and include your logo for a quote. Required image formats: vector (.eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf, .svg) and/or high-resolution image. Logo vectoring service is available for an additional fee. Not all logos can be personalized.

Additional changes are not possible once we start production and/or will include an additional setup fee. Therefore, confirm that your artwork and/or personalization information is correct before submitting it.

If you require a proof (e.g., digital image or photo), there is a $35-55 service fee for each proof. This will add additional days to our production time.

The custom logo setup fee is $35-$95. Please submit your logo in a vector format for a custom quote.

Shipping & Handling

Label Imprints processing time is 1-2 weeks + delivery. However, you may receive your package sooner, depending on the volume of orders we receive. If you need your order expedited, please contact us immediately through Etsy conversation. Do not rely on leaving a note at checkout—this does not notify our shipping department that your order needs urgent attention. Include the date you need your order delivered so we can provide an accurate quote to rush and upgrade your order to FedEx Express.

It's important to provide us with a deliverable shipping address. Additional S&H fees will apply for any package we reship. We are not responsible for any delays or tracking errors made by our 3rd party delivery services (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL).

Requesting a Custom Order

We are happy to create your custom order upon request. Please only request a custom order if options are not available from our Etsy store. Include your personalization information, logo, the quantity you need, and any specific details you need us to know.

If you have a logo, please provide us with the vector file. PDF will work if you have the vector file embedded. If you do not have a vector or PDF file, please attach your highest-resolution image. We do not have permission to personalize trademark logos unless you are a representative or owner of the organization that can give us the authorization.

If it is something we can personalize for you, we will create a custom order quote for the quantity you need with your customization.

Return and Refund Policy

Label Imprints stand behind the quality of our products. If your non-personalized item arrived damaged or defective, you may return or exchange the item(s) in its original condition and packaging. Understandably, custom orders that are defective or have personalization mistakes by Label Imprints can be exchanged only.

We are not responsible for incorrect personalization submitted by the customer and do not spell check, grammar check, or translate languages. Please review your invoice for accuracy and notify us within 12 hours if necessary changes are needed. We can not make any changes after an item has been personalized or shipped. The customer must reorder. Please read the product description for shipping and return policies.

Anti-Discrimination and Hate Speech Policy

We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for our Etsy customers. Etsy prohibits discrimination and hate speech against people based on the following personal attributes: Race, Color, Ethnicity, National Origin, Religion, Gender, Gender identity, Sexual orientation, and Disability. We will not personalize any quotes, phrases, or words that display discriminatory behavior toward any group(s). Hate speech occurs when violent, offensive, derogatory or demeaning language is directed at a person or group. Orders will be canceled with hateful words or language.

Email Support Hours

If you have a question, please contact our loyalty support staff through the Etsy platform rather than emailing us directly so one of our representatives can get back to you sooner. We are available to answer your question from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 am-5:00 pm, except holidays. Please allow up to 24 hours to get a response during our working hours.

Shipping Delays

Please understand that USPS, FedEx, and UPS are third parties, and we do not have the ability to control their ability to deliver. The carriers are also putting in safety measures to protect themselves from COVID. Other delays may be the weather or mechanical. We also don't get any extra information as a shipper, so please directly contact the carrier for immediate answers. For the latest update, enter your tracking number on USPS, FedEx, or DHL.

In some cases, tracking status may show it was delivered, but you received no package. It's likely that the carrier incorrectly scanned the package that is still in transit. Allow 3-5 more days for delivery. Please be confident that your package will eventually arrive.

Non-English Characters (e.g. Chinese, Russian, Arabic, etc.)

Yes, in most cases it is possible to personalize non-English characters, such as Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Russian, Vietnamese, Korean, and many more. You can provide us with your text in the personalization box on the product page and/or comment box (no images). We will copy and paste your text according to what you provide in the text box. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct translation. We are not responsible for incorrect personalization submitted by the customer and do not spell check, grammar check, or translate languages.

USPS Status Delivered but Not Received

Carriers may incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit. Therefore, your package could be marked as "Delivered" even though it is still on its way to you. We expect your package is likely to show up due to a false scan within a week.

Also, please check around your home or with neighbors. Boxes may have been left at backdoors, hidden behind bushes, or at the address next door. You can also double-check around your home or with neighbors. Some drivers put it in locations hard to find.

If there are any issues, you can report your package at https://emailus.usps.com/s/package-inquiry or contact your local USPS post office within 7 days of the marked delivery date before the filing deadline period ends.
