DAMAGED LABELS
-If for any reason your labels are damaged in transit from us to you, we are happy to send you a new set.
-Label with Love is not responsible if your label rips or wrinkles during the application or removal process, or if the adhesive is compromised once removed from it's backing. While our labels are very durable, we do recommend that you take care when placing them on your bottles.

SPELLING ERRORS OR INCORRECT INFO
If, for any reason, you receive labels that do not reflect the information provided with your order, we will happily ship new labels to you. LWL is not responsible for spelling errors provided to us. We copy the information as provided, so please double-check all personalization prior to checkout.

From time to time, USPS may accidentally mark a package delivered despite it still being on their truck, or possibly being dropped off at the wrong address. The first step to take is to reach out to your local post office directly to inquire about the location or fill out a Help Request with USPS online at https://usps.my.site.com/emailus/s/. You will need the tracking #, and say you don't know the sender's address. The USPS will typically respond to you via email or phone within 1-2 business days.

If for any reason the package still doesn't turn up or they aren't able to help, please reach out to us for the next steps.

PRINTED COLORS
We try our best to ensure our printed colors match what you see on your screen (or as close as possible). Please note, every monitor or phone is a little different, so there may be a discrepancy between your printed product and the item shown on your screen. We do not offer refunds if your colors are not identical your screen.


A NOTE ABOUT OUR "FAUX FOIL" and "FAUX GLITTER"
Because the labels are designed to get wet, we use a printed glitter/sparkle effect in this design only. The ink is does not include metallic flecks. Also, we typically do not recommend using the Faux Glitter for small text.
