Do you offer custom label designs?
No, we don't I am afraid! We offer ready-made labels for makers to sew into their handmade goods! We may offer custom designs in the future but we have no plans to offer this service as of now.
Wholesale availability
Yes! We do offer wholesale on our labels and we'd love to partner with you. If you're interested please head to our wholesale website www.labelsbysa.com and register for an account with us.
International Returned to Sender
In the rare instance where a parcel finds it way back to us. (This usually occurs when the recipient fails to pick up the parcel from the local depot, an incorrect address is given, or a refusal to pay import charges). We will get in touch with you to rearrange a new delivery and it is the recipients responsibility to pay the shipping cost. In the event that the recipient no longer wishes to receive the order, a refund will be issued, minus the postage that was already incurred when it was first sent.
Import Charges, Customs & VAT
In most cases, import and customs charges apply to international orders. These charges are the sole responsibility of the receiver. You may want to check out the border controls website of your own country for more information on what charges may be incurred.
