How will I receive my order?
All items in this shop are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.
Depending on the item:
You will either receive by email a PDF or image file (within 24 hours),
Or a Canva template link for you to edit on your own (immediately)
What’s the difference between a custom label and a Canva template?
Custom Label: I personalize the label for you based on the details you provide (names, dates, messages, etc.). You’ll receive a ready-to-print file.
Canva Template: You get a link to a pre-designed editable template in Canva. You can change text, fonts, and sometimes colors yourself. Canva is free and easy to use!
How long does it take to receive a custom label?
For custom orders, you’ll typically receive your digital file within 24 hours after I receive all the required information. Rush orders may be available—please message me before purchasing.
How do I print the labels?
You can:
Print at home on sticker paper or regular paper and glue it on the bottle,
Or use a local or online print shop (just send them the file I provide).
Tip: Waterproof label paper works best for chilling bottles!
Do I need a Canva Pro account?
No! All templates are created using Canva Free, so you do not need a Pro subscription to edit them.
Can I request changes to a Canva template?
If you're using a Canva template, you are responsible for editing it. However, if you need help with adjustments or want me to do it for you, feel free to message me.
Do you accept custom design requests?
