    I'd like to review this on two points. First of all, the ladder is exactly as described and was exactly what we wanted - so that's perfect. But the customer service from this artisan was exceptional. In terms of communication and flexibility in shipping/delivery arrangements, this transaction was the best I've had on etsy. I wouldn't hesitate to order from LadderLove again - as a matter of fact, it won't be long until we do. Thank you so much!
