At this point, this store is a joint venture of mother and daughter. We have to offer a wide range of products which depends on our inspiration and mood. Sometimes you can see our shop overloaded with paper products and painted stones. Sometimes you will find nothing but coffee stained tags and crochet flowers. Sometimes it will be a mix of so many things that you get lost and have to use sections (on the left) in order to find something that you like. In any case, the goal is to bring you something created with love and inspire you to discover a crafter in you.

My love for beautiful cards started a long time ago with my mom's hobby of collecting postcards. I remember going through the boxes of cards and attempting to copy draw the beautiful images. My artistic skills as a painter didn't go too far, but my obsession of cards has evolved over the years into a hobby of paper crafting once I moved to the US and discovered a craft supply store. It’s my most favorite medium to work with.
Before I list my cards, I run them through the “perfect card ideology” test. The card is basically have to score high on every category of the test:
1. The card has to be affordable to anybody who can appreciate a handmade.
2. The card has to be flat enough so that it can be mailed with a regular stamp, aka no extra spending for stamps when someone uses my cards (only 1 regular stamp).
3. And the most important one, the end product has to be cute enough so that if I saw something like it in another store, I myself would have been willing to spend money on it.
What do I do with cards that don’t pass my “perfect card ideology” test? I just include them as an extras with our orders OR donate them to the local charities:)

Tatiana Ko is my mother who joined me later when I got busy with school and work to help keep this shop active. She has so many talents that now it’s hard to keep our shop focused. Hence, we decided to just follow our inspiration. We create something that we like and share it with you. Up until I moved to the US, my primary wardrobe consisted of items created and re-purposed by my mom. I still ask her to make me winter accessories and sweaters from time to time, just to have a piece of home here with me in the US. As much as funny it may sounds, I believe my mom is extremely talented because she can make so many various things, but she was always too shy to share it with a world. Now it's my time to help her shine :)
