Are all sales Final?
Yes, all sales are final. No returns. Please read all descriptions, enlarge photos and ask questions before purchasing if needed.
Shipping
I use USPS as my main shipping provider. Please do not assume that all packages are going Priority Mail. Please inquire to ensure you will recieve a package by a certain time. Free Shipping items almost never go Priority. You will need to pay for shipping on all Free Shipping items if you need it by a certain time.
What happens if my items are damaged in transit?
Please contact me immediately in this unfortunate event. I do my very best to pack items safely, but it is literally out of my hands once it arrives at post office. Please supply pictures of the broken items, as well as pictures of packing materials, to me. A refund will not be given without proof of damaged goods, plus a photo of damaged goods and materials is very helpful to have when filing a claim. I will take care of filing a claim for you if items are damaged.
What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or cannot be delivered?
I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. It will be the buyers responsibility to file a claim with USPS. It is also not my responsibility if an item cannot be delivered to your address for any other reason due to access to your property.
What if my package is sent to an incorrect address?
I am not responsible for packages that do not arrive due to buyer providing an incorrect address. Please make sure your correct mailing address is updated in Etsy! Packages returned to me for any reason will not be refunded to buyer. Buyer will need to pay for shipping again (full ship price, not original discounted price) if they still want item in these circumstances.
Will you reserve items?
Yes, I will gladly reserve items for 48 hours.
Do you offer Layaway?
Yes, I do offer Layaway. Once layaway is established, item will be reserved and you must make your first payment within 48 hours. You can pay in 2 or 3 increments, 30 days apart. You will need to pay a late fee of $5.00 if payment is not made after 30 days from your first payment. I will send you reminders. You cannot cancel a layaway item once you make a payment. No refund on payments made for layaway items, and like all other items in my shop, sales are FINAL with layaway. ITEMS ARE SHIPPED AFTER FINAL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
