I can design the files to your specifications or you are welcome to choose from our templates and you can print as many as you want however/wherever you would like! The Start of Lady Jane Design

As a young girl, I have always been called 'Lady Jane' by my mom (which happens to also be my role-model). To this day I am still called Lady Jane. This inspired me to create my design shop on Etsy, to help others out with creative designs they may need for their special occasions/needs. Etsy is a great platform that I fell in love with a while back, and with the love and support of close family, I was encouraged to start my shop. I can only hope that it will be a success and will grow from strength to strength.

How does this work?

All items in our shop are digital items. You will receive the high resolution digital files of your item, so no printed items will be shipped!

If you plan to use a professional printer, we recommend Prints of Love. Our shop has partnered with them to offer fast, high quality yet affordable printing. Plus free 2-3 day U.S. shipping and free envelopes!

Alternatively, you can print at home or at your local print shops like Staples, Kinkos, Office Depot, Fedex etc.

Why am I not receiving anything in the post?

We only sell digital designs, no physical items will be shipped.

How long does it take to receive my digital design?

You will receive a link to your purchase instantly upon purchase and you can edit your artwork using an online program called Corjl.
(Nothing extra needs to be installed or purchased to use this program)

Should you want us to edit the artwork for you, an extra add on listing can be purchased and we will send your artwork through asap.

If for any reason there may be a delay, it will be discussed with you.

Can you print my item for me?

Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to do our own printing as the shipping fees from South Africa are quite substantial.

We have however partnered with Prints of Love. They offer fast, high quality, yet affordable printing. Plus free 2-3 day U.S. shipping and free envelopes!

Can I edit the design myself?

Some designs are editable, some are not. Please make sure to read the item description carefully to see whether you will purchase an editable design.

We offer:
1) Non-editable ready-to-print items
2) Editable Templates
3) We edit the design for you

What exactly can I edit with my editable template?

For all editable items we describe in detail what exactly is editable and what not. You can find this information in the item description of each item.

For many editable templates there is a FREE DEMO available so you can try before you buy!
The link to the free demo you will also find in the item description of each item.

Where can I find my editable template?

Upon ordering an editable template, you will receive an email that contains a link to your editable design.
Please note that there is no editable file included in the downloads on your Etsy page.
The actual editable design template you will access via a link you will receive via the Corjl email.

What are the terms of usage?

Our designs are available for PERSONAL USE only. Commercial use is NOT allowed.
It is not allowed to distribute our designs or illustrations and graphics, this will be considered as copyright violation.
