Custom Orders
Items are FINAL SALE, and we will only accept returns on special orders in the event of a mistake on our part or damage to the product.
Damaged Merchandise
Damaged merchandise may be returned for a replacement no later than 21 days after receipt. You may be required to return the item or alternatively take photos of the damage. In the event that a replacement is not available the purchase price will be refunded. Please send email with your name, order # and a brief description of the damaged item.
International Shipping
NOTICE: Due to the pandemic, International orders are taking much longer than usual, approximately 30-60 days.
IMPORTANT:Customs may cause significant delays. Please allow at least 3 or more weeks for your order to arrive depending on destination. Destination Duties, Taxes, & Import Charges are buyers responsibility.
EXPRESS & PRIORITY MAIL
Please note: All flasks are made to order. Please allow time for us to process your order. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping time is additional.
Customs, Duties & Fees
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. It would be similar to VAT. As per our shop polices, we don't know what those charges may be and can't legally charge for them.

At this juncture, we aren't offering wholesale. Feel free to reach out to us if you have a question.
Can I cancel my order?
Most orders go into production right away. If your order has NOT gone into production we will gladly cancel your order. We utilize outside vendors to print some of our merchandise and in most cases cancelation is not possible. If your order was not personalized and you would like to ship it back to us at your own cost for a refund (minus shipping) we would consider that as an option.
***APPAREL RETURNS, EXCHANGES, SHIPPING***
DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES: Once your order has gone into production your shipping address can't be changed. If it was wrong, you will have to place a new order and we will refund you on the previous purchase once it is 'return to sender' and received by us.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Each order is made specifically for you. We don't specifically process exchanges. If there is a problem with your order please let us know. We don't offer return or exchange on product purchases over 5 quantity.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS: Some parts of your order may ship separately.
PRODUCTION- DEADLINES - GIFT NOTES
DEADLINES: We can’t guarantee a specific delivery date for your package. Production time may vary. Holiday’s may increase the time it takes to produce your order. There may also be unforeseen delays with your shipment.
PRODUCTION: Orders are produced and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding weekends. If you place your order on Thursday, please be aware that production time doesn’t include the weekend.
GIFT NOTES: Regretfully, we are not including gift notes at this time in our packages. You will receive a tracking number and be able to track the transit of your package. Occasionally, there may be times when transit details may not be available with the postal service because of the way they scan in the package.
Stolen Packages
Please reach out to your local post office for more information. They have specific procedures to follow. We are not responsible for stolen packages and will not issue replacement merchandise free of charge if tracking states that the package has delivered.
