Welcome to Ladybug Fiber Company! After 10 years, I am closing down my Etsy shop. Future plans TBD.

I offer a variety of custom hand dyed sock yarns and wool roving, and use only the finest yarns and fibers and the highest quality professional acid dyes. A love of all that grows in my garden (as well as Mother Nature herself) provides the inspiration for many of my color choices.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

We take a lot of pride and care in creating these items, and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Return shipping costs will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for any new shipping costs.

Please note that all returns MUST be in their original condition with label and any other items included to be considered for a full refund. Yarn and fiber can not have been used, knitted, crocheted, spun or altered in any way.

Custom orders can not be returned unless it is our error, such as an incorrect color or base, etc.

Payment is due within three days or the item(s) will be relisted.

Shipping
Your in-stock item(s) will be shipped within five business days after your payment clears.

United States: Items going to addresses within the U.S. will ship First Class with delivery confirmation. Orders of 3 or more items (or weighing 13 ounces or more) will be shipped Priority shipping with delivery confirmation. Please let me know if you would like a different shipping option and we will happily quote you a price.

Unfortunately, I am not responsible for items damaged in shipping. Insurance can be included for an additional fee; please inquire before making your PayPal purchase.

Canada: Items sent to Canada will ship First Class. Please inquire if you would like a different shipping arrangement.

International orders: I am happy to ship First Class internationally; however, please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred, and unfortunately, I am not responsible for packages that do not arrive at their destination. Also, I will refund any extra shipping charges resulting from the purchase of multiple items.
