Do you accept refunds?
Because of the nature of our products (digital assets), we do not accept returns/refunds. However, if you run into any issues at all, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help resolve it!
Do you have to have Canva to edit?
We do strongly recommend using Canva to edit mockups from our shop. An account is free and beginner friendly! If you have questions, please let us know :)
Do you accept multiple downlaods?
Yes! Download as many times as you need :)
Are your mockups easy to use for a seller who is a beginner/new to Etsy?
Yes! All you have to do is take your design, upload it in Canva, and drag/drop it into the frame. If you have questions/need assistance, just let us know.
