If you want or need to cancel an order, please shoot me a message, we'll get to it promptly!
If you want to get a set deal (3 for $5 or 6 for $9) you must message me so I can set up the custom order for you. Otherwise it will be processed as it was ordered.
Shipping
Each order comes with a tracking number. Once I mail your package, it is out of my hands, so if it's taking a long time, please try to be patient and understand that the post system is the one responsible for the delay.
If your package is lost or returned due to an error on the buyer's part or the postal service's part (such as incorrect address), the buyer will have to pay the shipping again for me to resend the order. I will gladly refund the cost of the item if they chose to cancel the order, but will not refund the cost of shipping since I will have already paid for the postage in my attempt to mail it the first time. The exception to this is if the buyer paid for a shipping option with a money back guarantee, a refund for the shipping will be requested, and the order will be refunded in full or re-mailed with the refunded shipping money!
I mail all packages in the United States with First Class mail and all international packages with First Class International because it is the cheapest option. Faster shipping, confirmation and insurance can be arranged upon request. Just message me to set up a custom order where I will input your preferred shipping methods for the correct total!
