We call it “the rotten egg” bag, but they loved it! And wonderful customer service when there was an issue with the delivery (mail carriers’ fault, not seller). Highly recommend!

Can I get a custom plush?
Sorry, I only do custom bulk orders. Any customization available for a plush will be a part of the listing. If it isn't there I can't do it (including things like color changes, embroidery changes, etc.)
Is Lairbrew eco-friendly?
We work to make the smallest footprint we can afford and are always working to improve. Currently we package with as much paper as we can and always go for recycled materials instead of virgin materials wherever possible. We're working toward 100% consumer compostable or regular facility recyclable material and take the option whenever it is available, but sadly we aren't 100% there yet.
If you have particular requests for information or materials used please contact me! We can chat. I am always open to suggestions.
What are the conditions of exchanges?
The exchanges under Returns & Exchanges are specifically done with apparel that doesn't fit in mind. Plush, stickers, notebooks and pins cannot be exchanged for a different product or design once shipped. Custom products cannot be exchanged. However you are free to contact me before your item ships!
What allergens are possibly at Lairbrew?
We have a few animals. Our home is shared most notably with a cat and two chickens. While these animals are not allowed to interact with our stock, bird dander and cat hair tend to get places where the animals don't even go. I do my best to stop allergens from reaching products but please know I can't guarantee a total lack.
We also work with some scents for plush on our main website. If you are extremely perfume sensitive and require special handling in relation to that please reach out!
Does Etsy have your best prices?
No! If you are looking for the proper pricing or prices that match what you may have seen at a convention you are going to want to go to lairbrew.com instead of buying here! Etsy takes large fees which forces me to have much higher prices for all sales made on the platform. Please consider visiting my website instead of buying here!
