+ For orders with partial refund (10% - 70% of the order value):
Only when the embroidery order is missing some parts, the wrong shirt style (10%-50%)
When the designs are finished but you still want to cancel (70% refund)
+ For full refund orders:
Only accepted orders are cancelled within 12 hours.
- In case you provide the wrong delivery address: We will charge 20% the value of the order for the shipping fee.
- Outline design orders:
If you want to change to a new design, depend on the new one (style, difficulty,size of the design) we will help you to find out the price for changing new designs.
- Processing time: 5-7 days.
- Shipping time in the USA: 2-6 business days.
- Shipping time overseas: 18-26 business days.
Please notice us when you want to wear the oversize products to let us make the design in the right place for your order.
