This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

INFORMATION I COLLECT
All items in my shop are digital downloads. To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, and the details of the items you are ordering. Because nothing is shipped, I do not need or use your postal address. You may also choose to give me additional information if you message me directly.
WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW I USE IT
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
- as needed to provide my services, such as fulfilling your order, settling disputes, or providing customer support;
- when you have given your clear consent, which you may withdraw at any time;
- if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order, or in connection with a legal claim, such as keeping records of purchases as required by tax law; and
- as necessary for my legitimate interests, where those interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as providing and improving my services and complying with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
I do not send marketing messages unless you have clearly asked to receive them.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
I share your personal information only for limited reasons:
- Etsy. I share information with Etsy as needed to provide my services and comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
- Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only as permitted by law.
- Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, keep, and share your information if I believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to respond to legal process or government requests, enforce my agreements, prevent fraud or other illegal activity, or protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or others.
I do not sell your personal information.
DATA RETENTION
I keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide my services and as described in this policy. I may also need to keep it to comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for up to 4 years, or longer only if the law requires it.
TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE EU
I am based in the United States. If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws from where you live. Where your information is transferred, I rely on the transfer safeguards provided through Etsy and on the transfer being necessary to fulfil your order.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you live in certain places, including the EU and UK, you have rights in relation to your personal information, including:
- Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you.
- Change, restrict, delete. You may have the right to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Unless I am required to keep it for legal reasons, I will generally delete your personal information on request.
- Object. You can object to my processing of your information based on my legitimate interests, and to receiving marketing messages after giving consent.
- Complain. If you live in the EU or UK and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information, you have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
