5 out of 5 starsIt's a bit expensive for what it is, which is a painted piece of plastic. It took a looooong time to ship, I was worried that it wouldn't arrive on time (it came 4 days before the recipients birthday and I placed the order an entire month and half in advance) and then came with an additional customs fee I had to pay. Those few complaints aside, I'm not unhappy with this product. It's cute and looks exactly as it does in the pictures. It's a great gift for any pug lover and I'm glad I bought it. The customer service message I sent was answered promptly and accurately, so thank you.
