Custom and personalized orders
All custom and personalized sales are final. I am not able to offer a refund on anything personalized. I can however replace the item under certain circumstances. However I am not responsible for damages in shipping done by the postal services.
Refunds and returns
If you would like a refund, you have within the same day the order was placed to ask for a refund. I cannot offer refunds after that point.
I do not accept returns unless something was wrong with the item from my own doing. If the item was not done properly, you have 7 days after delivery to message me and we can discuss what can be done to rectify the situation.
When will my Items ship?
Each item has varying time frames as to when it will ship depending on the type of item you purchased. You should receive an estimated time frame as to when the item is expected to be shipped. Please allow adequate time for this to be completed.
