I ordered this item as a birthday gift and though I ordered it the beginning of the month, around the 6th, it didn’t arrive till the middle of the month, around the 17th. I kept in close touch with the customer service team and they said that if the item arrived after the birthday they would accommodate me with a refund and allow me to keep the item. This is a business that cares for their customers and are willing to make sure you love your purchase. Rare these days. I would definitely recommend this seller, and I will order again!!
