By purchasing designs from Laser Finesse LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Limited License: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs acquired from Laser Finesse LLC for small business purposes within a maker space or similar setting. This license is strictly limited to personal or small-scale commercial use.
Restrictions: You are prohibited from mass producing, reproducing, distributing, or selling the designs in large quantities (defined as more than 100 units of the same design) without prior written consent from Laser Finesse LLC.
Intended Use: The designs are intended for small-scale production and are not authorized for large-scale manufacturing or widespread commercial distribution without express permission from Laser Finesse LLC.
Ownership: Laser Finesse LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the designs, including but not limited to listing photos, promotional videos, and mockups. Purchasing designs does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Laser Finesse LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the designs.
Modification: You are not permitted to modify the designs in any way, with the exception of adding personalized elements such as a name, date, or a single custom message for one-time use only. You may not alter, edit, or create derivative works from the original design or claim ownership or authorship of the designs.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards concerning the use, production, and sale of products incorporating the purchased designs.
By purchasing designs from Laser Finesse LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. Laser Finesse LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, without prior notice.
