Do you Accept Returns?
While I don't accept returns on Customized or Personalized orders, if there is an Error on the item shipped, due to MY error (Like a name misspelling), I will remake and resend at my cost.
If the Error is on your behalf due to miss information given etc, then I will be happy to offer you a discount on the repurchase of the item originally shipped. I WILL ONLY REMAKE AND RE-SHIP IF I AM NOTIFIED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY CONFIRMATION!!!
What Is applied to the products?
Cake Toppers: all wood cake toppers are just bare wood, nothing is applied unless you choose a color, if you choose a color a layer of Rustoleum Brand Shellac is applied, to create a barrier layer between paint and food.
Proper Food Grade Mineral Oil is applied to all "Cutting Board" surfaces which is why upon arrival, your board may feel slightly oily. This is able to be wiped away and will soak into the wood over time. Simply use some dish soap and wash as normal.
What If my order is Damaged?
If YOU damage the item upon UN-packaging, I will be happy to offer you a discount on the repurchase of the item originally shipped.
If the item arrives to you damaged, from shipping... I will be happy to remake the item, but YOU will be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item.
