Order was shipped to an incorrect/old address, what can we do?
Orders ship out to the address that is provided, please check that you have provided the correct address. If order was shipped out to an old address or an incorrect address and is returned to Seller, we will refund your order minus shipping cost once the package has been returned and is back in our possession. Should you still want your order, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs. We will not be responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect address.
If Buyer still wants their order, Buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, Seller is not responsible and no refund will be made.
What is your processing & shipping time?
Regular orders ship out within 3-8 business days, M-F.
M-F. Custom orders ship out within 10-15 business days, M-F.
Rush fee of $10 will apply if you need your order to be prepared/processed or shipped out sooner than stated Turn Around Time. Rush fee is separate from shipping time.
If you need your order to be rushed, please message me and so a custom listing can be made for you to include rush fee. Rush fee is separate from shipping cost.
