If your files came in a ZIP folder, you'll need to extract them using a free program like:

What if something’s wrong with my download?
I always want you to be happy with your purchase! If a file is missing, corrupted, or not working as expected, just send me a message and I’ll fix or resend it as quickly as I can. ✨
