Custom and personalized orders
I gladly take custom or personalized requests. These include but are not limited to: sizing, colors and customizing. Please contact me for requests.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
My turnaround time is 2-5 business days until shipped. (BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY OR SUNDAY) The items are handmade and most are made to order so I ask my customers to understand this and take it into consideration. Once shipped customers will be provided with a tracking number via email sent by Etsy. The package will be delivered by USPS and all further tracking information is provided by them.
CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?
Yes! We provide a Priority Shipping upgrade at checkout which will change your shipping time from 2-5 days to 1-3 days!
LOST PACKAGE
We ship to the shipping address provided at checkout. It is the customers responsibility to ensure we have the correct address. Late Night Luna is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Packages that go missing via USPS will be offered a replacement item after 30 days with no tracking movement. However, packages that are marked as delivered, but not received by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and USPS to track down. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Our products are handmade and therefore each is unique. There is a small chance you may receive an item slightly different than expected from the pictures (color, size, etc.). For sanitary reasons, we cannot offer returns or exchanges, however, if there is a problem with your order please contact me by emailing:
