Frequently asked questions
When will my item be shipped?
Your item will be shipped the following Monday from your purchase date. If Monday is a holiday, your purchase will be shipped the next day that the United States Post Office is open.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Yes, but only on a case-by-case basis and you will be charged for the upgraded shipping. You must message me ~before~ you complete your transaction to assure your needs can be met.
Do you ship internationally?
I currently only ship within the United States.
Can you combine my shipping?
Etsy automatically combines shipping for multiple items. If you placed an order but want to add something else to it please message me.
What happens if my package is lost by USPS?
I do not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise. Every order comes with a tracking number and as soon as packages are scanned in at the post office I do not take responsibility for them.
Can I cancel or return an order?
No. Because I am just one person and I process so many orders a week, I am not capable of accepting returns. Please be SURE of your purchase before you make it, because I also will not honor order cancellations.
Gauged ears / Clip-ons / Allergies
I can change out the hooks on most of my earrings to accommodate gauges, clip-ons and allergies. Please message me for details.
