I was looking for a plaque for a drumstick display and most stores only allowed 3 lines (I required 4), were too large in size, did not allow a logo and did not have the font I wanted. I then found this Etsy store and they were able to create the perfect plaque which included everything I wanted and was highly customizable. The seller was also super kind and responded quickly to all my questions. Fantastic service and quality and I would highly recommend their store! Thank you so much!

Do you have tracking on my order?
To keep shipping rates low or free, most of our products are sent by regular lettermail and therefore there’s no tracking. However, if you would like tracking and faster shipping, select the "Xpresspost" option at checkout or please contact us.
Can I change a personalization after my order has been placed?
Of course! Send us a message as soon as possible to request a change in your personalization. If production hasn't been started and item hasn't been shipped, we will change it for you.
However, if we already made and shipped your order, we cannot change your personalization nor resend the item with the new information.
Any changes are buyers' responsibility and we must be informed as soon as possible prior to shipping.
Can I get a refund for my order?
Unfortunately we do not issue refunds. All items are built to order/custom and if you'd like to exchange, you can get a store credit.
We also do not issue refunds for delays in shipping caused by the post. Any issues with your order please contact us immediately.
Why I haven't received my order yet?
Please be patient with orders. Shipping by lettermail can usually take longer than usual and we appreciate your understanding.
Lettermail is not a parcel and it won't be dropped off in front of your door. Please regularly check your mailbox, condo mailbox or neighbourhood mailbox.
If you haven't received your order and it has been over 21 days to Canada, 31 days to the US and 45 days to international, please contact us for store credit or a replacement.
Keep in mind that we will not investigate or accept claims for non deliveries after 100 days. Please contact us as soon as possible if you haven’t received your order after the timeframe mentioned above.
Can you engrave both sides of my plastic keychain/pet tag?
Unfortunately no. The engraving material is only one side. If you would like the back of your keychain/pet tag engraved, please order a second piece and indicate in the personalization notes you would like to stick them together. We also have leather tags that are double sided!
How much text can I fit in one tag/sign/plaque?
Don't be afraid to request a lot of text! Just keep in mind that the longer the text, the smaller the font.
We will send you a message to let you know if the personalization is illegible.
Are there any other colours available?
Yes, however it is limited. Message us if you would like to know more about other colours.
If you're trying to match an existing tag/sign/plaque from another supplier, please contact us first before purchasing to confirm we carry the same colour.
I want a plaque/tag/sign with a size you don’t have listed. Can you do custom sizing?
Yes, absolutely! We can do custom sizes and shapes. Message us to learn more about the details and pricing.
Is my personalization printed or engraved on the aluminium plaques?
Our plates are laser engraved. The plate is aluminum and the laser etches off a layer of the gold/black/silver/white to reveal the black/silver behind. You would not be able to remove the engraving with any chemicals that a print would.
I have purchased from you before and I would like to order the same thing again. Can I get the exact same artwork?
Unfortunately, with the influx of orders, we cannot save the artwork from a past order. If you're going to be purchasing again in the future, please send a message to talk about saving your artwork.
