Shipping Times

Speed of delivery is not guaranteed but is an estimate of how long it will take to be delivered.

I try my best to get your orders out ASAP but after the package is sent out, it is out of my control on shipping times and speed. Please plan accordingly.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order due to wrong item sent, item missing, or error on my part (misspelling) then please message me for a new order or refund.

I do NOT accept refunds for these reasons:
-Spelling error on your part
-If you don't need the item anymore
-If you placed the incorrect address on your order
-If you didn't read the item details of the product.

If your product has not arrived within 3 weeks, please message me so I could send you a new order.

Wrong Quantity Chosen

If you choose the wrong quantity, I will cancel and refund your order. You are then able to order again with the correct quantity.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel or change your order please do so within ONE HOUR. After the one hour mark, I am unable to change, cancel, and refund your order.

Custom Orders

If you are interested in a custom order, please message me. Once you approve the final product, changes cannot be altered. If you want to make changes after approval an additional fee will be added.
