Payment
All designs are hand made to order, we don’t have an “off the shelf” stock. If your order is required for Christmas, please allow the maximum time you can to submit your enquiry as this is our busiest period. We may be able to fulfill orders with shorter lead times and will do our utmost to honour all reasonable requests. Please don’t hesitate to contact us before you order to check if we have space in our schedules to fulfill your order.
The total order amount must be paid in full before work begins.
Owing to high demand, we work to extremely tight schedules and advise that you should indicate when ordering the latest date you require your order. We will of course endeavour to accommodate your chosen date. Please don’t hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order to check our available dates. Should there be any delays we will contact you immediately.

• Cancellations will incur a 50% charge, without exception

Our paper cuts, are completely hand cut and slight variations will occur. This is merely a feature of a genuine hand crafted product.
Papercut Policy:
Please ensure that all spellings and dates are correct when ordering. Being hand cut any alterations required following cutting generally requires a full re cut of the design. This will incur additional charges to correct.
As your paper cut is personalised and unique to you, cancelled orders following the approval of the final design require to be paid for in full. If the order is cancelled after the design phase has begun a 50% charge will be required to be paid. The design process can be just as time-consuming as the cutting and as each paper cut is uniquely designed for you, it would not be viable to re-use it for another customer.
LauraLadybug Designs reserves the right to replace raw materials if they become unavailable.
