How do I receive my purchased artwork?
Once your order is completed and payment is confirmed, we will send you a high-resolution digital file via email or Etsy's messaging system. You can then upload it to your smart TV or use it as a screensaver.
And, guess what? Every purchase in my store comes with a fast instruction booklet on installing your new art, easily (and in English, not translated English or tech jargon). Let's make this easy! :)
What kind of artwork do you offer?
We offer high-quality, custom digital artwork designed specifically for smart TVs, including various styles such as modern, abstract, landscape, and personalized portraits to enhance your living space.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! We gladly accept custom orders. Please send us your ideas or a description of what you'd like, and we’ll work with you to create a personalized piece.
What file formats do you provide?
We typically deliver files in JPEG format, optimized for smart TV displays and computers. If you need a different format, just let us know!
Will my artwork fit my smart TV?
We create artwork in various sizes and aspect ratios to match most smart TV models. If your smart TV varies from the most popular models such as Samsung's Frame TV or the HiSense Canvas TV, please drop me a message for custom sizing.
How do I upload the artwork to my smart TV?
Instructions vary by brand and model, but generally, you can transfer the file via USB, Wi-Fi, or a dedicated app. We provide a 4 page guide written in a no nonsense manner, that specifically walks you through the custom smart TV art installation for both Samsung's FrameTV and HiSense's Canvas TV. We know how frustrating this has been worldwide for many owners of SmartTVs and we've got your back. :)
What is your turnaround time?
Digital artworks is delivered immediately after payment. Custom requests generally take 1-3 days depending on complexity—message me for details.
What if I’m not satisfied with my artwork?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're unhappy, please contact us within 1 day of receipt so we can work on a resolution.
