We are Julia and Earl, the proud owners of Lavender Dots Design (AKA KC Hopper)!
We are a personalized laser cut gifts shop. We produce custom laser cut and engraved gifts in-house to help you create everlasting memories and smiles for all your milestone events.

Our hope is that with us doing what we love to do, we are able to create beautiful and memorable gifts that will bring you joy!

Frequently asked questions

Can you send me a proof before I purchase?

We do NOT create initial proofs without purchase, but we do guarantee that we will work with you to make any and all changes you’d like after you have purchased the item.

Do you accept custom order requests?

We gladly accept custom order requests. If there is a certain idea or design you had in mind, please do share it with us! However, please do not send us designs from other shops and ask us to copy them.

Can you design an item for me and show me different fonts?

We will create a custom design for you using the fonts that we currently offer in our shop. If you would like to request a particular font, please give us the exact name of it. We will not design multiple proofs for you with different fonts.

What's your turn around time?

After we have received your final approval of the design, we will move on to production. Production takes 1-2 business days.

What happens if my item is marked as "Delivered", but I don't receive it?

Orders that have been marked as “Delivered” by USPS, but claimed to be undelivered by the customer will not be refunded or replaced. Please check with your neighbors and/or other members of your household to make sure that no one else picked up your item. We also suggest contacting your local USPS annex to check to see if your item has been left there.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We try to package your item to ensure that it gets delivered in-tact. Unfortunately, once it’s out of our hands, we have no control over the handling of your item. If your item arrives damaged, please message us immediately (within 1-3 days of your item being marked “Delivered”) with a picture of the damaged product. We will send you ONE complimentary replacement. If you contact us after 3 days, we are unable to assist you.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept any returns.

What happens if I don't respond to a message regarding a proof of the design?

If we do not receive a response on Etsy Conversations within 2 days regarding your proof, we will email the address that you have on file. If we still do not receive a response within 3 days from email, we will assume that the proof has been approved as is and will move onto production.
