Here at LawsDesigns we take your privacy seriously! Your information will NEVER be sold, distributed, or shared with anyone outside of our design team that fills your orders and the shipping company which provides shipment. We also do NOT believe in SPAMMING. What does this mean? We will not contact you via Email for any purpose other than completing your order or to answer your questions. You will not have to worry about receiving newsletters or sales ads from LawsDesigns, so please favorite our shop if you would like updates. To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact us directly.

We will NEVER sell or distribute your information, other than to delivery service companies (your name and address) to deliver your goods. Your information will ONLY be used for Etsy & Legal Compliance.

-Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you services and comply with obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

-Service Delivery providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform delivery functions and provide services to our shop. Your delivery address will be shared with our delivery service providers only to provide shipment of goods.

-Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
