A lovely compliment for my husband and I (bought one for each of us!) for our daily Bible studies. Makes it much easier on the neck to sit with book at higher level. Some of our books are old, from the 1800's and are rather heavy, so the desk support is an added bonus.

I was thrilled to see The Bed Desk available through Etsy. I bought several over 15 years ago. The desk is a great example of innovative design coupled with great woodworking craftsmanship. I like how I can adjust the desk lid to different angles and that the desk easily folds flat. This time I bought the version with the mouse pad attachment which makes it easier for me to work on my laptop because I don't like using the laptop's trackpad. I like how he designed the desk with the little ledge to hold pages in place. It's great for holding my cookbook open when I'm in the kitchen or for when I'm reading in bed. The whole custom order went smoothly from communications to shipping. I was sad to learn that Dave is winding down the business so get this great versatile and well built portable desk before they're no longer available!
