The dogs find them very comfortable (as evident by the looks on their faces as they nap) and they look beautiful. Shipping took a very long time on this one but I think there had been a mistake - customer service was very helpful and apologetic. It was worth the wait!

Are your pet beds washable?
Yes! Laylo beds feature a removable cover that can be washed at your leisure. Mattresses feature an accident-resistant exterior, so you can wipe it off with a damp cloth.

What size pet bed should I buy?
We HIGHLY recommend measuring your pet prior to ordering to avoid costly return shipping fees. Please see our sizing guide attached to every listing.
When in doubt, we suggest getting the larger size.
SMALL: 24" x 18" x 3.5"
Pet Weight: Under 30 lbs (Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, Boston Terrier, Dachshund)
MEDIUM: 36" x 28" x 4"
Pet Weight: Under 60 lbs (Collie, Beagle, Cocker Spaniel)
LARGE: 44" x 28" x 4"
Pet Weight: Under 95 lbs (German Shepherd, Lab, Golden Retriever)
EXTRA LARGE: 45" x 35" x 4"

Our products have a 30-day return policy. If your dog doesn't fall in love or if you change your mind, just let us know within 30 days of your delivery date. To begin the process, visit: bit.ly/layloreturns.
While we know that your pup might want to roll around in dirt before sleeping in their new Laylo bed, we kindly ask for you to clean their paws until you are confident that it will be their forever bed. Returns will receive a prepaid return label and once inspected, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $10 combined shipping and restocking fee. We do not accept returns for dirty or damaged items due to normal use.
