Bass ocarinas are hard to find, this one does the job admirably.

I’ve now purchased two ocarina’s from Layton, a bass & an alto, and I love them both! They’re great quality for the price point, making them accessible, and great “travel” options to bring an ocarina on the go. The tone and pitch of both are great, but both struggle with the high E + F at times. The smaller mouthpiece of the Alto makes it a bit more susceptible to condensation impacting airflow. Overall a big fan and will probably come back for other color options in the future!

This ocarina has the low tone I was looking for. While have never played an ocarina, I was able to cover all the holes completely on the first try. The tone is wonderful and I am looking forward to learning to play. Thank you!

I usually play a Focalink Stein professional ocarina, but it is ceramic, heavy, and fragile. I ordered this to have something to travel with, play in the car, possibly practice with, and could not be more pleased with it. Super light, finer holes are well placed, and it sounds GREAT. Really nice tone across the range including low B and A. This will get a lot of use, thank you!!!!!!

While 3d printed, it is clearly hand painted. So if you like the homemade vibe, thisbis for you. Though some spots could use another layer
