About Swirl Cinnamon Rolls
It started in my tiny Florida kitchen — just me, a stand mixer, and a craving for the kind of cinnamon rolls that make you close your eyes on the first bite. I grew up surrounded by the smells of fresh-baked bread and cinnamon sugar, but I could never find that same melt-in-your-mouth magic in store-bought rolls.
So, I went all in. I spent months testing dough recipes, adjusting proofing times, balancing butter and spice, and perfecting my creamy vanilla bean glaze until every roll felt like a little homemade hug. Friends started “dropping by” just to see if a fresh pan was cooling. Family hinted about holiday boxes. And before long, I was baking more for others than for myself.
Today, I bring that same dedication to every batch — now as an aspiring pastry chef and pastry school student, learning not just the art of baking but the science that makes each bite unforgettable.
