As a leader by heart and Artist by trade, I believe it is important to acknowledge our teammates, peers, friends, and staff in ways that provide a sense of meaning and connection. I designed unique cards to engage my team and partners and shortly realized the impact, and wanted to share with others who are looking for creative ways to help uplift, guide, and acknowledge efforts and accomplishments of their own teams. Sharing the “art” of leading and engaging.
