News 6 January 2022
There are delays in shipments from Europe to the USA from the 2nd week of December. The USPS problems with the staff due to sick leave derived from COVID, are affecting the distribution of shipments in recent days in some areas and states of the United States. Please check with your office if your delivery services are being affected.
Notice 1 November 2021.
What's happening with international transport?
At the moment, the situation seems stable, the delivery times that we offer in our store are being respected. We do most standard shipments with a tracking number, although some customers choose the inexpensive option without a tracking number. All are by air to the destination country.
What can happen in the next few weeks?
The year 2020 was absolutely chaotic, shipments for the last weeks of November and December were delivered in some countries such as the USA and Australia with weeks of delay due to the mass of shipments that were held up in customs and in their distribution centers. This year, the forecasts are unclear. USPS isn't reporting significant delays. FEDEX has been announcing personnel problems in its distribution centers for a few days, and problems with the delivery of shipments by sea are widespread throughout the world.
We're answering to our clients that they advance their purchases, and that at the end of November they ask in their postal services for incidents.
We also recommend tracking your shipment at your post office, sometimes the postal services don't track shipments and only notify the departure of origin and arrival at destination. There are no previous steps recorded.
We cannot do anything, and we always recommend that if your purchase is for a very precise date, advance your purchase or simply don't make the purchase.

Notice for U.S. Customers
Due to recent tariff changes in the United States, we have slightly increased our shipping cost to the U.S. This small adjustment allows us to pre-pay all import duties on your behalf, so you won’t have to deal with any unexpected fees upon delivery.
You can continue to shop as normal with full peace of mind. Thank you for your understanding and support! 👍😊
NEWS November 1st
Starting November 1st, every order shipped from my shop includes all U.S. customs duties and import taxes. Your package will arrive with no unexpected fees. 👍
NEWS September 6, 2025.
🛩️ News update on US customs duties, from our perspective.
Shipments of merchandise packages to the US are paused by most postal services worldwide. We are waiting to know the exact documentation required and payment methods for duties, in order to reflect this amount in the shipping costs of most of our shipments to the US and explain the delay in deliveries.
Our store is only shipping items considered "Documents": photographs, paper miniatures (record album collections), unframed stained-glass window displays, miniature books, etc. Even so, customs procedures since August 29th have been unusually slow and with little information. We deeply regret this situation, in which our ability to act is practically zero.
We hope this situation returns to normal as soon as possible. 👍

📢 Important notice for U.S. customers
Due to the new U.S. import tariffs taking effect on August 29, 2025, all international postal shipments (USPS/Correos) are subject to a minimum customs charge of 80 USD, even for low-value orders.
This means that, for now, I cannot guarantee viable shipping to the United States for low-priced items, as the additional cost for the buyer would be disproportionate.
👉 Once the new value-based (ad valorem) system is implemented (expected in February 2026), I will review the situation and re-enable shipping to the U.S. if it becomes reasonable.
I am going to notify all buyers who make purchases in our store from the 18th onwards, that it is possible that this fee will affect shipments that do not clear customs before August 28th.
Thank you for your understanding 💚
04 June 2025:
Us Shipping to the USA – No Customs Fees Under $800 USD!
Dear customers from the United States:
We would like to inform you that all orders shipped from Europe to the USA with a value under $800 USD are currently exempt from customs duties. This means that you will not have to pay any additional import fees for purchases below this amount.
This regulation is subject to change by U.S. Customs, but as of now, it helps ensure a smooth and cost-effective shopping experience.
June 2025. Communications and shipments from Europe to Israel are experiencing delays of 10-15 additional days due to limited flight availability to Tel Aviv.
November 17, 2024
Orders are already being delivered to their destination within the expected timeframes, and the incidents have been resolved.
Remember to order your orders in advance for Black Friday and Christmas.😊🎁

We would like to thank all our customers who have sent us their messages of solidarity after the terrible floods we have had in Valencia, Spain.
Fortunately, we haven't suffered any personal misfortune and only material losses in our team.
We also have words of thanks and offers of collaboration to help us overcome these difficult times. But we think that the best way to collaborate with our team is to continue with normal life and the purchases you had planned to make.
Communications are being reestablished by November 11 and we hope that the postal service and transport companies can already operate with absolute normality from that date.
Many, many, many thanks for your support. It means a lot to us, and gives us strength to overcome these terrible times.
Amunt Valencia!!!
