Born out of necessity.....
I often get asked "how" I started in this business. Actually, I did not consider it a business when I started, my only goal was to make my dog some special, high quality gear. After I started training my first German Shepherd in 2004, I purchased a kangaroo slip collar for him over the Internet. What I received in the mail was horrible - both in braiding and in leather quality. It stretched considerably and, before long, would not even work for my dog. So, I did what any crafty person would do...I took it apart and fixed it.
Fast forward 15 years....my kangaroo products are used all across the United States and abroad. I have many styles of collars and leads, which are used in the breed and obedience ring, as well as agility, herding, field and tracking. Not to mention, all of the special dogs who use my creations for their daily walks.
Because of my business, I've also started stocking difficult to find hardware for other crafters. If you are looking for something specific, please let me know.
