Custom and personalized orders
For custom and personalized orders, you can find the personalization option in the individual item listings. If the option is not available, you can request a custom order through our shop or private messages, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Payment Options
We accept payments through PayPal and major credit cards. If you prefer to pay with a credit card, select "Other" at checkout and we'll send you a payment link via Payoneer within a day.
Alternative Payment Method
If you don't have PayPal or don't want to use it, you can select "Other" as your payment method, which will not charge you anything instantly. Instead, we'll create a purchase link for you via Payoneer payment system.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, but if the item is already made, we'll refund 50% of the item's cost due to production expenses. We accept returns and exchanges for wrong or damaged items, but buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Gift Wrapping and Wholesale Availability
We offer gift wrapping and can provide wholesale prices depending on the quantity of products you're looking for.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel is shipped, we'll submit a tracking number to Etsy, and you'll receive an email notification with the tracking number included, which you can use to track the parcel through any international postal tracking service.
