1 out of 5 starsI previously bought an item from this shop. This time around for reasons unknown to me I was required to pay an import cost at the time of delivery. According to your website the items shop is in the United States. I am very displeased that I was charged an additional $36.85 at the time of delivery. I was not cold emailed or notified of any such service charge in addition to paying for the item that I had ordered. Speaking of the item that I ordered the quality was significantly less satisfying than the previous item that I bought from the same shop I was expecting a certain level of quality I did not get that same quality on top of the additional charges.

Hello Daren, I understand your situation but in this matter we can't do anything when you previously order unified belt there was no such policy of import duty charges this policy add by president trump from 1 SEPTEMBER They will charge from every package in the shape of import tariff dutty charges
