How long does personalization take?
Most personalized engravings are completed within the same day. For detailed or custom-designed work, it may take 1–2 business days.
Do you ship internationally? Are there extra costs?
Yes, we ship worldwide. While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, some countries may apply customs fees or taxes that are outside our control and are the buyer’s responsibility. Fortunately, many of our customers receive their orders without any additional charges.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Personalized products are made especially for you, so we are unable to accept returns unless we made a mistake (such as an incorrect engraving). If that happens, please contact us right away — we’ll make it right.
