Angela really went above and beyond for this purchase. I accidentally had an old, incorrect shipping address in my Pay Pal's default and realized it was on it's way to a stranger's house! She tracked the package down, spoke with the post office in the other city, and had my order forwarded to me at the correct address. I was freaking out, and she really took care of everything, all the while being so sweet and apologetic about the whole situation. Plus, the chalkboard arrived in great condition and exactly as I pictured it. :)
