Additional shipping and returns information
We always send package with tracking number.
Packages are carefully packed.
You will get a notification when an item is send.
I am not responsible for taxes or custom fees.
If a package returns back to me I will put it back on my shop list only if a buyer wants to re-ship the item. In that case a buyer will have to pay shipping costs again.
All sales are final, so please look at all details of the item. However, if something is wrong, I will be happy to discuss the possibility of a return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
