What do I need to send to personalize my lamp?
At checkout, add your personalization details exactly as you want them to appear (name(s), date, phrase, etc.). If your design requires a photo/logo, please send it to me in Etsy Messages after purchase.
Can I see a proof before you make it?
Yes, if you request it in the personalization box or in a message right after you order. If you don’t request a proof, I’ll create it based on your notes and begin production to avoid delays.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and carrier delays. Etsy will show an estimated delivery window, but it’s not a guarantee (especially during holidays).
Most personalized lamps are made within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer—please check the current processing time shown on your order.
How do I care for the acrylic and the base?
Acrylic:
Wipe with a microfiber cloth.
Avoid harsh cleaners (alcohol/acetone).
Don’t bend the acrylic.
LED base:
Keep dry (do not submerge).
Unplug before cleaning.
Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth.
Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?
Because each lamp is custom-made, I don’t accept returns or exchanges for:
-Wrong size chosen.
-Buyer typos (spelling/date) after production.
-“Changed my mind” requests.
You may request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing your order, only if production has not started.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an error on my end, I will make it right—see the next question.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?
Please message me within 48 hours of delivery with:
-Clear photos of the damage.
-Photos of the packaging.
-Your order number.
I’ll help you quickly with a replacement or solution.
How do I use the LED bases?
For Warm + Cool bases, use the included remote on the wire to control the lamp.
For Rechargeable bases, use the power button on the base or the included remote.
Please do not use high-powered USB bricks—anything over 10–15W can burn out the base. Use a standard low-power USB adapter (like a basic 5V phone charger), a laptop USB port, or a power bank.
