I'm SO glad you're here! I love designing things using elements, quotes, etc. from some of my favorite books!
I am currently using a POD (print on demand) company to help me fulfill orders. This means that all items are designed by me and when your order is placed, the POD company prints/ships the product to you automatically for me! While this is extremely convenient and helpful to me, the downside is I do not get to inspect items before they are shipped to you. If your order is not correct when it arrives, please send me a message with a picture of that item. I will notify my partner company and they will send you a replacement item, completely free!
-I currently do not accept order returns but please reach out if there are any issues!
-Cancellations can be made to your order if you message me the same day that order was placed. I send all orders to production at the end of the day. So if you wait too long, there is no guarantee that I will be able to cancel your order before it is sent to production.
-Processing times vary for each item, though I will try letting you know if there are delays for any reason.
-Shipping is free but shipping times can vary based on production times, etc.
