Satisfaction Guarantee
If your order arrives in a reasonably unsatisfactory manner or is incorrect I will gladly send out a replacement to correct the issue.
Entered incorrect shipping address
Please send me a message with the correct shipping address and I will create a shipping label with that information. Please note that once a shipping label has already been created I can no longer change delivery address information.
Package Never Received
Shipping labels are generated based on shipping info provided at checkout. Please double check that you have entered the correct shipping address. You can track your package by clicking the link sent to you in your shipping confirmation email.

I sell my products through the Etsy website / marketplace. I am given access to your username, email and shipping information. I use this information to create shipping labels for customer orders. I take privacy very seriously and never share or sell any personal information.
Bulk Orders
I can fulfill orders of any size, but for orders of 50 or more buttons I may use a third party partner based in the USA to fulfill these large orders. I am limited in quantity what I can produce on my hand-operated equipment.
