Can I purchase multiple items at once or do I need to purchase them separately?
You can purchase them all together! Just add what you need to your shopping cart and return to our shop to add additional items as needed. Once you’ve added everything you need, go back to your cart and check out all the items together (shipping will automatically be combined and discounted).
What is your Shipping Policy?
All orders will be shipped to the address listed here on Etsy. PLEASE NOTE: LegendAri Digital IS NOT responsible for delivery delays caused by the carriers (USPS, UPS etc) and NO refunds will be issued to customers if their order is delayed by the carrier as long as LegendAri Digital has transferred the package to the carrier and the tracking number is showing that the package is with the carrier.
What if my package is damaged in transit?
We are happy to get a replacement sent out for you! If items are damaged in transit, LegendAri Digital will replace items. You have 7 days to let us know of anything that arrived damaged and provide a photo of the product. The same shipping method will be used to mail out the replacements as the original shipment. LegendAri Digital is not responsible for paying expedited shipping for replacements due to damages by mail carriers. Lost or Stolen Packages- LegendAri Digital cannot be held responsible for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's any issue with your item, please reach out and we’ll be happy to make it right.
What if I made a mistake on my order?
Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to customer error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed, please message us with the correct address before shipment.
