What material are your prints made from?
It depends on the job: PLA for decorations and display pieces, PETG for higher-quality, more durable parts, and ASA for anything that lives outdoors. Each listing names its material. Colors can look slightly different on screen than in person.
Can I leave it in a hot car or outside?
Keep PLA pieces out of hot cars and direct summer sun — PLA softens around 55 °C / 130 °F. PETG handles more heat, and ASA parts are made for outdoor use and UV exposure. Each listing names its material.
Can you do a custom number, name, or color?
Yes on anything marked "personalized" — just fill in the personalization box when you order, and double-check spelling and numbers since items are made exactly as entered. For something that isn't listed, send me a message.
How long until my order ships?
Ready-to-ship items go out in 1–3 business days. Personalized and made-to-order items take about 5 business days to make before they ship. The exact processing time is shown on each listing.
Will this part fit my bike?
Each bike part lists exactly which models it was designed and tested on. If your bike isn't listed, send me a message with the make, model, and year before ordering and I'll tell you honestly whether it will fit.
Do you do bulk or team orders?
Yes! Send me a message with the item, quantity, and any names, numbers, or colors you need, and I'll put together a quote for your team or group.
Something arrived broken — what now?
Sorry about that! Send me a message with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery and I'll send a replacement or a refund. No need to ship the broken piece back.
