**In general, we keep invitations listed as long as we have design time capacity. Once we reach capacity, we will delist invitations in order to catch up and relist when they are available.
**Due to the potential for USPS transit delays, we strongly recommend purchasing invitations at least 2 months in advance of your event. We are not able to accept responsibility for USPS delays.

It is important to keep this possibility in mind when ordering, as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements due to postal delays. If it your order has been delayed in transit for more than 8 weeks, please contact us and let us know so we can contact USPS and offer a resolution.

What is the current production time?

**Current production time and the shop vacation schedule is listed in the "Shop Announcement" section at the top of the page.

Production time for note card sets and calling cards is generally 3-5 business days (M-F, excluding holidays). Production time for notepads is generally 3-5 business days (M-F, excluding holidays). Proofs for invitations are generally sent via Etsy messages within 1-3 business days (M-F, excluding holidays). Once proof approval is received, invitations are printed within three business days.

*Day one is counted as the business day after the order has been placed...for example, if an order is placed on a Monday, "Day 1" will be Tuesday. If an order is placed on a Saturday/Sunday, "Day 1" will be Monday.

What is the weight of paper stock that Lemon Grace uses for products?

Note cards, invitations, and calling cards are printed on professional grade, white, heavyweight 110lb. cover stock.

Notepads are printed on professional grade, white 70lb. text weight paper.

What kind of printing does Lemon Grace offer?

Note cards, calling cards, invitations, and notepads are digitally flat printed with premium archival inks.

How are items packaged?

All stationery sets, invitations, and notepads are carefully packaged in resealable cello sleeves and are wrapped with a signature ribbon and tag. Perfect for gift-giving right out of the box!

All calling card sets are packed in resealable cello sleeves.

*Designs with the same personalization will will packaged in as few sleeves as possible for the convenience of the customer (i.e. 2 sets will be packaged in one sleeve of 20 cards/envelopes).

Will the colors on the screen look the same when printed?

Due to monitor settings, slight variances can occur with colors on screen versus printed on paper.

The ink/envelope colors that match in title also match in printed color (i.e. turquoise ink matches the turquoise envelopes).

Do you provide proofs before printing?

FOR INVITATIONS
Lemon Grace sends proofs for invitations only within three business days (M-F) of purchase. Invitations will not be printed without an approved proof.

FOR STATIONERY
*During high volume periods, we will not be able to offer proofs. If the add-on proof listing is not listed, it is unavailable.

Proofs for stationery are only provided with the purchase of the PROOF ADD-ON listing and will be sent within 2-4 business days (M-F) of purchase. Production time may need to be extended if proofs are requested. Once an order has been designed and sent to print, we are unable to offer proofs. During high volume periods, we will not be able to offer proofs. If the add-on proof listing is not listed, it is unavailable.

What are your business hours?

Generally, our business hours are M-F, 9am-2pm. We are out of the studio on weekends and all federal holidays. Any other vacation times will be noted in the shop announcement at lemongrace.etsy.com.

Do you offer custom orders?

Currently, we are closed for custom orders. We certainly, can modify our existing designs (i.e. add a border, change a font, etc...please convo us for the listing add-on to make a slight change).

Feel free to check back here at a later date to see if we are taking custom orders.

Do you offer any discounts (including quantity pricing)?

Yes, we offer a one-time coupon code for 15% off for our email list subscribers...no minimum required. You can sign up at the website, www.tinyurl.com/lemongrace.

We do send out emails with discount offers a few times a year, so be sure to subscribe to save!

When does the Free Shipping discount apply?

Orders totaling over $35 AFTER other discounts are applied receive free shipping.
**Please note: For customers wanting less than three sets of note cards and who also want to use the email list discount, free shipping will not apply, as the order will not total over $35).
