How will my items be shipped?
Items will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, USPS Priority Mail is also available at checkout. Send me a message if you would like your order shipped via UPS or Fedex and I can create a separate shipping listing to add to your order.
Custom and personalized orders
I am no longer offering customization or personalization on items that do not already have that option offered on the listing. Thanks for your understanding!
How do you handle unclaimed packages?
If an item is returned to me by the shipping provider as uncollected or unclaimed, the buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs and the costs of reshipping the item.
My package is marked delivered by the post office, but I don't have it! Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, if the post office marks the package as delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery, and refunds will not be available unless a police report for stolen mail is filed. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
If this does happen, check with anyone who may have picked up the package and brought it in. After that, check with neighbors, or look around your house to see if the mail carrier left it in an inconspicuous area. After that, check with the post office in person to get the GPS reading from the delivery scan. In the case of stolen packages, you should file a stolen package report with the police and the post office so that they can track patterns of theft in your area.
