I am unable to guarantee delivery estimates as USPS is unpredictable. Please avoid purchasing if the order is time-sensitive or if you don't wish to wait.

If it arrives within the stated weeks but you were expecting earlier & do not want the item, please reject the package at the door. I will refund MINUS shipping price when it arrives back to me (may take 3 months).

Tracking only lasts till reaching US borders. All require signature confirmation. Unclaimed packages will be refunded excluding shipping price after it arrives back to me.

- An item is considered lost in transit only after 90 days, depending on your country.

- No marking as 'Gift' & false values on customs form. Packing slip with prices is required on outside even if you are giving it as a present. Buyer is responsible for customs fees, VAT or tariffs due to their respective authorities.

- EU / UK / CAN / AU Customers: Please check what your purchasing threshold is for overseas orders and the tax payable to your government.

UK customers: Orders over £15 will be required to pay an additional 20% VAT and £8 processing fee to your government when it arrives.

Customs will hold the package notifying postage due. This is not insufficient postage, but import taxes imposed by the UK government.

EU Customers: Please check your country's import threshold before it incurs extra VAT.

If you do not wish to pay the taxes, you may cancel the order within 24 hours. If the order is already mailed out, packages refused due to unpaid VAT will be refunded minus shipping once the items have arrived back to me.

Yes. Combined shipping for several small items has no extra cost.
I refund overage over S$2.00. Sometimes the calculated shipping may become inaccurate the more medium items you add.

Weight brackets are 250g, 500g, 1000g
(eg. earrings weigh about 20-60g)

You must RE-PURCHASE to complete the order, I will refund, cancel and relist. No change of addresses via messages as packing slip must tally with the address on the package for insurance purposes.

If no notification is received before mailing, no refunds will be offered for errors in addresses unless item is received back (refund for item price only).
Orders will be automatically cancelled & refunded if you submit a written request to change your address.

- Returns are accepted within 14 days upon receipt of package, please contact me first before sending packages back.

- Refunds exclude shipping costs, and issued after item is received back in original condition.

- Buyer bears postage cost for returns, please use tracked mail and adequate packaging. Any damage due to inadequate packaging or deemed in unoriginal condition will be deducted from the refund.

- Refunds are accepted if damaged in transit, please send picture proof of both item & packaging (for insurance purposes).

- Refunds for unclaimed mail will be for item price excluding shipping. It may take 3 months for the package to be diverted back to me.

- Refunds will be promptly issued AFTER item is received back.

- If packaging is intentionally torn open (postal theft), please do not open further & immediately file a report with your postal carriers.

- There are no refunds for incorrect / incomplete address, or items damaged by buyer's cleaning.

Yes, I try to.

- Wear jewelry after makeup & applying perfume, hairspray, moisturiser. Do not shower or swim with them on. Wipe down with a clean dry cloth after wearing.

- You can use a bit of glass cleaner (Windex) to clean gold-plating (none on lucite). Beware of solvents, cleaning agents and moisture on glued areas, foil-backed rhinestones, pearls (real/ faux), lucite, or enamel epoxy or they may become damaged. If you are not sure, don't do it! Pearls, opals and celluloid should be stored where they can breathe.

- Keeping your jewelry free of moisture, air, direct sunlight and dust will let you enjoy your jewels for much longer.
